The Next Day

 

I woke up and a nurse came in telling me I should get ready to go home. After 10 months being in this hospital I was going home.

Mom: hey are you ok?

Me: yeah but I had this weird dream last night it was about those people that came to visit me yesterday. I think I was calling one of them Syn? And then there was that one with the muscles I called him M.Shadows and then the short one with the dark hair I called him Zacky. And then the really short one Johnny. But I forget what I called that tall guy. He seemed really nice but it felt like I was his girlfriend isn’t that weird?

Mom: yeah :s that is weird. Rolling her eyes.

I looked at her funny like she was keeping something from me.

Mom: well where here!J

Me: yep I got out of the car and into my house.

 

Next Day

 

I woke up and got ready to go downtown. I walked into my favourite café. I loved the fact that each room in it was different. I walked in and got my coffee I looked around the room and then someone cot my eye. It was that Zacky guy I think and his girlfriend Kate I think her name was. So I walked over to them

Both looked up at me

Zack: uh YEAH! EMILY YOU REMEMBERED MY NAME!!!!

Me: all the memories came back everything but that one guy.

Everyone stopped by and they pulled me thru a test me trying to remember there names.

He just looked at me. then over to the others.

With what that girl said his name popped in my head.

But then sadness filled his eyes when we pulled away looking at me

He left me there and went back to the car where I saw them zoom off with that chick.

Beth: Emily I’m so sorry.

Me: don’t! Cause in the end it doesn’t really matter. I walked out the door and without looking before crossing the street I was hit. Everything went black

[Chapter 14]

 

I opened my eyes and the bright light hit them making me close them again. I did that until I got use to it. I sat up and looked around…where am I? huh? What’s going on?

 

…SHES AWAKE!!!! I heard a woman say. Seconds later many people came thru the door. Looking at me. and then the questions came.

Doctor: umm hello my name is Dr. Moore and I will be testing your memory. Ok

Me: um ok.

Doc: ok what’s you name.

Me: Emily King

Doc: ok your parent’s names.

Me: Steven and Pam

Doc: yes ok your age.

Me: umm … 25?

Doc: err YES J

Doc: ok your doing really well your parents and friends are here now would you like to see them?

Me: yes please. Things were still confusing.

Doc: ok

He then got up and left the room.

 

I was looking out the window when everyone came in.

My mom: oh my god! She came over and hugged me along with my father.

My mom looked at me and then the smile on her face fell.

My mom: um do you know who I am?

Me: … no mom I don’t know who you are?!

Mom: oh thank god! She hugged me again and then I hugged my dad.

I smiled at them and then the expressionless face was put back on.

My eyes widened as I looked at all the other people in the room.

Me: um mom who are all these people?

All the girls faces fell and it looked like they could have cried.

My mom: you’re kidding right?

Me: no mom I’m serious I have no clue who they are?

My dad: oh no he looked at my mom and then they looked back at me.

Dad: Emily these are your friends remember the ones you want on tour with

Me: … no my friends are not these people, they live in Nova Scotia and are not tattooed and weird looking.

 

Beth’s POV

Me: I can’t believe this! Walking out of the room.

Charlotte: I know! She can remember were she lives and her parents but not us?

Jimmy: this really can’t be real. TELL ME I’M DREAMING shaking the shit out of me.

Johnny: DUDE STOP IT! I was starting to get scared cause I have never seen him act like this.

Jimmy’s POV

 

Doctor: Uh I hate to tell you this but…I’m sorry she’s gone

Me: uh no my voice went quiet.

The guys held there girlfriends tight. Unlike me who didn’t have one anymore. With that thought tears gathered in my eyes and I didn’t bothered to stop them from falling. I was alone, left here without the girl of my dreams. How did they take here from me? and most of all why? She was the best thing I ever had. She was the main reason I am today, the reason I am into music and not on the side of the road, bagging for money. I knew she hated it when I went drinking with Brian and Johnny and that the fact I would come back to her house, a fucking drunk disaster. She took care of me. but now I have no purpose, no dream, no life. She had my heart.

 

Matt: come on dude let’s say goodbye.

Me: I don’t know if I can?

Johnny: you know you will have to face it someday.

Me: I know. But I can’t with that I got up and walked out of the hospital.

 

Months later

 

I hung around for the past weeks days drinking looking at the pictures of us. Thinking this can’t be real by night but the next day waking up alone. That’s when the reality hit me. She would always kiss my cheek before she went downstairs if she woke up before me. I know it’s only been a few weeks but in those weeks I’ve died. Each day took less of me, till soon nothing mattered. Some days I wouldn’t bother changing my clothes, or showering. I didn’t care I knew I was in hell.

The guys and girls came over and set up for a party that I really didn’t want to have.

I sat there with my head in my hands they way I looked the day that she died. Memories filled my mind pictures of us, the times we shared, the good time and the tough ones too, everything was going thru my head and I couldn’t make it stop. Me: UH! I shot up from bed. Huh? What this was a nightmare?! I walked into the bathroom and washed my sweaty face. Everything was back to normal…wait no it wasn’t Emily was still gone L

 

 I decided to stay up since it was already 6:30am. When 8:00am came around Zack, Kate, Johnny, Beth, Matt, Charlotte, Brian and Rain came by.

Rain: hey any luck?

Brian: has there been any calls?

Brian: so she hasn’t waken up yet?

Me: ? no…Wait oh my god before… everything was a dream?, Emily  isn’t dead?…then what’s wrong with her?

Girl: yes, umm when they brought her here 20 mins ago she had broke 2 of her bones in her rib cage and she also broke her arm and has a concussion. So there trying to fix the broken bones of hers first.

I took over for jimmy because I knew he was in major shock when that girl told him what happened to Emily. To tell you the truth everyone was scared to death.

Rain had fallen asleep in my arms, all the girls were exhausted from crying for the past like 7 hours. Jimmy was over by the vending machine his head in his hands. I could hear him saying “dude you really fucked up this time!” I don’t know why he was blaming it all on himself. Although I would have been in tears I think if this was to ever happen to Rain. I just couldn’t image life without her?

Since I already had my clothes packed I just left them like that for the next day.

I got up really early to leave Huntington. Packed my things and waited for the next greyhound bus to come. The bus stop was right beside the beach. I took off my sunglasses and walked over to the side of the pavement. The sky was dark and over cased. Clouds ready to poor out rain any moment.

I turned around and Jimmy was coming over to me.

Me: arg what do you want Jimmy?

Jimmy: please don’t go! I know this might not change your mind but you have a life here Em, friends that pretty much are your family. Your job, your house your life is here Em … please.

The bus came and I picked up my bag that was sitting on the ground.

I stopped dead in my tracks and turned around to him.

Tears poured out of my eyes and I ran up to him hugging him tight. When I finally pulled away I looked into his eyes  and then pulled his head in and our lips crashed together. As soon as they did the sky broke out and it started to poor and rain. The bus want off and me and Jimmy were there standing in the rain.

The past week has been weird it seems like everywhere I go I end up seeing Jimmy and its always weird and quiet.

 

I walked out of my apartment and locked the door behind me. As I made my way down the hall I had to stop by Jimmy’s door because that’s the only way to exit. Anyway when I past by it I could her moaning and screaming coming from inside and no I wasn’t eavesdropping on him because you could here it from half way down the stairs so yeah. It did kind of hurt knowing he moved on that fast but I guess that’s what you get when you let your heart win. Lots and lots of pain grr I hate this.

I walked in the front door and music was blaring, people drinking and having a good time. I decided to have one too besides when I come home next week I might not be in the best mood so tonight was going to be fun…(well lets just say it is going to be one fucked up rollercoaster ride haha!)

I looked at him and kind of was in shock he was wearing a black suit and tie.

Jimmy: uh are you busy?

Me: umm no

Jimmy: ok I was well wondering if I could take you out to dinner?

Me: uh sure just give me 20 mins. ok

I ran into my room and fixed my hair and make up that took like 5 mins and then I looked into my closet to see if I had any “girly clothes” I found my green plaid skirt and put leggings underneath it.( I hate my legs) and put a black button up shirt the sleeves were kind of puffy. I slipped on my black flats and put in my earrings, my rings and then checked my hair one last time before walking out of my apartment.

 

Jimmy’s Apartment

We walked in and I the waitress took us straight to our seats. It was weird but cute I think he had this planned out before hand because we were in a different room from everyone else and it was really quiet and calm. Our food came really fast and then we left and walked home. Jimmy said that Johnny was going to pick up his car because he was drinking while we were eating our meal.

As we walked towards the ocean I felt Jimmy take my hand in his. I didn’t say anything just kept on walking beside him. Before I knew it we were at the beach I walked over and sat down on the sand. It was so dark outside and you could see the moons reflection on the ocean and millions of stars in the clear night sky.

Jimmy: so did you like your meal?

Me: yeah it was great. I rubbed my arms because the cool air was blowing towards me making me cold.

Her smile, her hair, her eyesoh my god I loved looking into them, they were hazel but changed depending on what she wore. The darker things she wore the lighter her eyes got. I liked the fact that she didn’t look and act like the rest and admitted she wasn’t the skinniest girl out of the five. If only she felt the same about me. On tour I wouldn’t be able to sleep at night she would climb in my bunk beside me and we would talk for hours making matt and zacky angry cuz they both like to have there beauty sleep. But when ever she is around I find I’m a happier person.

Next day

 

I woke up that next morning in Jimmy’s arms. I could finally say I was happy. …but wait I wasn’t at my apartment … SHIT! SOPHIA! Oh my god I forgot about her at my mother’s house! Ahh!  I put my clothes back on

Moving day.

 

We found a bigger house close to my work and close to my mom’s house since Sophia loves going there. I got my bags and started throwing my things in them not caring if my clothes were folded or neat. I went from room to room taking Sophia’s and my things.

Me: I think that’s everything

Sophia: umm she looked really confused and scared. I would have been too.

Me and Brian walked into Zack’s house, music was blaring, people were either dancing, drinking or making out in some part of the house.

I woke up and there was no sound. … oh my god did I go deaf ? then I heard talking from down the hall. Oh thank goodness. If I went deaf lets just say it wouldn’t be good! I walked out of my room an hour later.

Mom: morning dear.

Me: hey I started eating the toast that was in front of me.

Brian: SHHHITTTT IM LATE! FUCK WERES MY MY MY …OH FOUND IT!

Me: looking for his guitar again?

Mom: yeah probably

Mom: come on Brian hurry up your sisters already ready and your going to be late …again rolling her eyes.

I finished my English essay and changed my clothes and re-did my make up and hair.

From the start I knew I wasn’t...normal, I liked different things then the other kids. Unlike the girls in the school I hung around with my brother and his friends, and they were weird and funny. As I got older I realized that the girly girls ended up hating me calling me a freak and a good of nothing loser. I got use to it. My bro and his friends were also outcasts and nobodies. I liked it … well kind of the different part not the get your face slammed into a locker thing but hey I was ok.

 

  I woke up to the sound of my brother’s band practicing in the garage below me. the bass was rumbling and  the drums were being smacked on.

Me: grrr BRIAN CAN YOU STOP! … AHHH

I walked out my room and downstairs to the garage.

I was only wearing my pj’s the guys normally didn’t see me like this

Me and Jimmy walked into the house and up the stairs to his room.

I woke up at my normal time and got up and ready for work. Before going to the studio i stoped by the cafe down in town so i could get my coffee.

Charlotte,Cece,Sarah and Kat run into the airport like crazy and almost knocking 3 older people over. Arg i just got off the slowest plane ever! i got my things and made my way over were matt had told me someone was waiting for me. he said it was a secret and id find out who be waiting for me. i looked up from the magazine and looked at him. WOAH! he changed soo much. the last time i saw him he was well crazy rev with the blonde CRAZY HAIR, crazy clothes and well being crazy lol! now he looked more of todays rockstar.wearing the dark clothes and band t's with the converse, but the biggest change was the HAIR! it was black and straight!

Jimmy bursted into tears and started yelling and screaming. i looked over to the guys and they were shocked and looked like they could cry any second. The only people that weren't crying were Hillary and the jocks that beat Emily up.

Jimmy calmed down some but kept on saying

Jimmy: i can't lose you talking to Emily's cold body...i just can't.

Me: come on dude lets go.

Jimmy: NO IM NOT LEAVING HER! NO!! NOT NOW NOT EVER! He then took the stake that was in Emily a gabbed it into himself.

i went to grab the stake before anyone else Killed themselves and when i went to get it flames bursted up infront of me. I jumped back and me and the rest of the guys watched there bodys burn to ashes.

I woke up and looked around my room. i still forgot that i wasn't in my old room back at my old house.

My room was large with purple and black walls. an en suite bathroom with the same color walls. two huge windows that i had covered with dark drapes, my Canapé bed in the middle of the room. a walk in closet besides  the best view of the ocean ever!

I got up and got cleaned up.

I walked down the large stairs seeing my mother at the door talking to someone.

Mom: oh Emily dear theres someone here for you, she opened the door more and standing there was jimmy.

Me: uh yeah...wanna go for a walk?

Jimmy: yeah that would be a good idea.

Me: ok i grabbed my black sweater and walked out the door.

Soon later we were at the beach we sat down in the sand and watched the tides turn. the moonlight was so bright that night i couldn't believe it! it was so beautiful.

Then it happened i looked over and jimmy and my eyes met. he started leaning in closer to me as i did the same to him. Our lips crashed together. Mins later we were rolling around making out in the sand.

When we finially pulled apart we were both in Vamp mode as i like to call it (LMAO!)

Fangs showing, eyes changed color from dark to pale blue like the moon.

we both got up and wiped the sand off ourselves

Me: haha he then held me tight as he kissed me down the neck i looked over and the moon was 3/4 of the way down.

Jimmy: ok lets go feed. we went back to his house and by the time we were both done feeding the sun had raised.

Me: uh ok we went up to his room and crawled into his bed i soon fell asleep in his arms.

I walked out of the English classroom and over to the locker which was told to be mine. i turned the combination and it opened. i placed my bag and books in it. while i set up my locker the way i liked it. another creature came over and stood beside me. i looked over and a boy was there. he gave me a sinister smile and then started talking.

My father was a strong,powerful creature that owned most of the land of the earth. we were living in Bangor, Maine. well until now.. the main reason was because my father was killed a week ago, he worked for a HUGE company that mined diamonds.One day(last week) he got cot, yes showing his fangs,and revealing the demon.At that very moment he was killed...stabbed in the heart and burned to ashes soon later. We had to move or we would too be killed. we were moving acoss the state, to a place were it was sunny and bright, but the nightlife was amazing and beautiful, many people, and more murders haha if you know what i mean. i placed the last box in the back seat of the car and got in the other side. My mother got in the drivers side. and my brother was in the passengers side. We started your long journey to ...California.

Months Later

Alot has happened over the past month lets see... i moved in with Brian :) uh i got an awesome job! at a studio in LA! and since its like an hour away we put a mini studio in the basement so i can work down there and then if i have to i can drive to my bigger one =D.

I woke up in my bfs arms and looked up and smiled at him. hehe he was soo cute :) i got up and walked down stairs to my studio. i was working on Green Day's "American Idiot" there latest album. it was really good so far and i really liked it.

Me: uhh i don't feel good ***the past fue days ive been really tired and just not feeling right. (any guesses what might be wrong with me????? lol!)

Brian: heyy i made you a coffee. saying while wrapping his arms around me.

Me: thx hun.

Brian: soo hows the album going?

Me: great im loving it soo far :) ... so how did your album do? Waking the Fallen had just came out by A7X and i was hoping it would do ok.

Bri: eermm well idk its ok...its just i think its the company were with i don't think they care about us the way the do with the rap/r&b pop stars you know.

Me: yeah they probably think your one of those pop/punk bands that are all so popular right now. saying while sipping my coffee.

Bri: yeah.. well im going to leave you be. oh don't be down here all day like yesterday ok

Me: yes brian *rolling my eyes*

Month Later

i woke up and got ready to have a shower.***UHH ITS SHOWING! EMILY YOU'LL SOON HAVE TO TELL HIM*** i got in the warm shower and things were flying thru my head.*** Brian's going to be on tour soon again, im going to be alone with this baby that know one knows about, ill probably be stuck producing someone elses album. arrh

i got out put my clothes on and went down stairs.

Brian: heyy babe kissing my cheek he was sitting in the kitchen on a stool in the bar kinda part of it.

Me: brian i have to tell you something :s

Bri: uh ok what?

Me: bri ii i im pregnant! ***ahh i said it :s***

Bri: O_o ...you are!

Me: uh huh :s ***ahhh was he taking this well ... i couldn't tell???***

Bri: wow... haha im going to be a dad! wow! and huge grin spread across his face.

Me: are you happy or what?

Bri: Em this is great, why wouldn't i be happy im going to be a dad! =D

Me: ok :) he held me tight

Mins later

Bri: WAIT I HAVE TO CALL THE GUYS! he got up and ran for the phone. i just laughed at him cuz the way he said it he sounded like a little kid :) i was just so happy he didn't get angry or want to break up with me. Hey em did you tell your mom?

Me: yes babe i did

Bri: ..wait i have to call my parents there going to ...err the smile that was on his face fell.

Me: what?

Bri: my dads probably going to be pissed when he finds out i fucked you up...but my mom should be happy...i think? :s

Me: well they like me don't they? :s ***i hope they do :s***

Bri: like you THEY LOVE YOU god when they first met you my mom side" brian your going to marry her i know it"

Me: :) ok ..well call its not like were 15 right! he was a bit older then me by like 11 days (haha)and we were both already were 23 soo.

Bri: uh ok. .... heyy mom ... fine uh guess what...Emily's Pregnant...

I ran back into the house and back out the front door.

Brian: EMILY GET BACK HERE!!! running behind me.

Me: eek ahhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!! i started running down the road and to the park i then hid behind a bunch of trees.

Brian: Emily i know your here somewere looking around i wanted to sreak soo badly but i knew he would find me if i did. just then a guy standing behind me

Guy: uh i was taking a piss.

Me: AHHHH I RAN OUT AND BRIAN SAW ME. AHHHH!!!!!!!!!

Jimmy and Matt: GET HER!!!!!!!!!

Me: ahhh why are they chasing me? i was going allover the place cuz i didn't know what to do. then i was stuck, pond behind me, matt to my right, jimmy to my left and brian right in front of me. theygot closer and closer ***ahh what should i do??*** then matt and jimmy started running at me. AHH I JUMPED AHEAD AND THEY BOTH ENDED UP BUTTING HEADS TOGETHER. HAHA!

Matt: grrr

Me: eeek  and then came running after me. i was running around the pond and then jimmy started yelling and screaming making the ducks and geese infront of me go flying everywere. AHH I HATE YOU JIMMY =P

Jimmy: DUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!WOOO!!!!!!!!! RUNNING AROUND THEM

Me: good 1 down 2 to go. now were is... FUCK! Matt was right in front of me with a grin on his face. ... AHH I STARTED RUNNING AT HIM AND I ENDED UP PUSHING HIM INTO THE POND. ***yessss!!! now for brian***

i was walking around and he was sitting on a bench over by the road in front of me. ooo what could i do to get around him. i walked into the woods behind him and excaped. i started running back down the road when i saw the girls in a car

Tiffani: heyy have you seen matt,jimmy or brian.

Me: uh don't you mean Syn

Tiffani: ooo not you too argg

Me: haha yeah there AHH RIGHT THERE I jumped in the car. FLOOR IT NOW!!!!!!!!!!!

Sierra: OK OK!!!!!

Me: HAHA YOU SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! =P yelling back at the guys

Sam: that was funny watching you and the guys

Me: haha i know but i was scared man like the scariest part was that dude in the trees uh!0_0

Later

Brian,Jimmy and still wet matt came in and gave me the death glare as they walked by i just smiled at them like a sweet little girl.

Me: well i better get going

Brian: UH NO YOUR NOT GOING HOME!

Me: uh WHY?!

Brian: cuz i want you to come home with me =D i have my own house now and i hate sleeping in a empty house alone.

Me: uh ok. he wraped his arms around my waist.

Later

everyone was either asleep from the movie or making out on the floor or upstairs. it was getting pretty late and i yawned and lyed my head on brians shoulder.

Brian: you tried babe? playing with my hair.

Me: uh yeah. it was past 2:00 am.so i wasn't all that alert

Brian: ok how bout we go home. he picked me up and carryed me out to his car.

FF BRIAN'S HOUSE

I stumbled out of the car and into his house. and he lead me up to his room and into his bed.he helped me take my shirt and jeans off and then he took off his shirt and jeans, crawled in beside me. i cuddled up to him and soon fell asleep in his tattooed arms. :)
